This cube tests for a lot of basic calibration and hardware issues on an FDM printer, all at once.

You need to print this cube:-

at 0.2mm layer height on a 0.4mm nozzle (or smaller) with 0.4-0.46 line width The screw and rod parts snap off to test in the screw holes and normal holes. There are ghosting, overhang, cooling, ovality tests among other things.
